Campaigns & Reward Spotlight
Campaigns layer a time-boxed event on top of your everyday program — a long weekend of double points, a Black Friday reward sale, a members-only week. A campaign carries its own schedule, audience, storefront banner, and emails, then ends cleanly without touching your base rules.
Two campaign types
Earning boost — multiplies the points earned during the window (e.g. 2× points). You choose:
- which activities are boosted (order placed, reviews, etc.),
- the audience (everyone, a VIP tier, or a customer tag),
- an optional product scope and stacking behavior,
- optional caps on orders or bonus points.
Reward Spotlight — the redemption side of a campaign. During the window it can:
- put existing rewards on sale at a lower points cost, and
- unlock exclusive rewards that are otherwise hidden, so a reward can be offered only during the event.
The reward engine enforces sale prices and exclusivity at redemption time across online, hub, and POS — a single choke point, so nothing leaks before or after the window.
Scheduling & banners
- Start and end times are interpreted in your store’s time zone.
- Each campaign shows a storefront banner on the widget and account hub with a live countdown. Banner title and subtitle are editable per language, with localized system defaults.
Emails
Campaigns can announce themselves over email:
- Earning campaigns support teaser, launch, and last-chance blasts.
- Reward Spotlight campaigns send a launch announcement listing the spotlighted rewards.
Email copy is managed in the shared email system, localized per recipient — what you preview is what sends.
Plan ahead & measure
- The occasion planner surfaces upcoming moments (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and more, country-aware) and creates a pre-filled campaign in a click.
- Analytics report each campaign’s orders, bonus points, attributed revenue, and spotlight redemptions — with lift versus the prior equivalent window.
