Exclude subscription orders from rewards

Decide whether a customer’s redeemed reward discount codes apply to subscription orders, or to one-time purchases only. It’s one of Charm’s eligibility controls over which order types loyalty touches.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Eligibility → Excluded order types.
2. Turn on Exclude subscription orders so redeemed reward codes apply to one-time purchases only.
3. Click Save to apply the change.

Tip

This controls reward redemption, not earning — leave it off if you want redeemed reward discount codes to apply to subscription orders too. For what counts toward earning, see control when an order earns points.
