POS loyalty
Charm’s POS extension brings the same loyalty engine to the register: one balance across web and counter, no second app or login.
What staff see
Section titled “What staff see”- Smart Grid tile + customer block — points balance, current tier and perks, active membership, store-credit balance, affordable rewards, and the next reward the customer is working toward.
- Redeem modal — redeem any reward type in person: discount code, store credit (native POS tender), or free product.
- Punch cards and Collect the set sections in the loyalty view: each punch card’s progress (“3/5 orders”) and each Complete the set card with how many of its collections the customer has bought from (“2/4 collected”). They’re read-only, so staff can tell a customer how close the next reward is.
- Post-sale block — confirms points earned and the new balance on the receipt screen.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”Earning needs no separate configuration — POS orders earn on the same rules as online orders, and earning reconciles itself after the sale, so a flaky connection at the counter never costs a customer points.
- Store credit redeems as native POS tender; it settles through the POS payment flow.
- The extension is localized in all 32 languages Charm ships and follows the device’s active language.
