POS loyalty

Charm’s POS extension brings the same loyalty engine to the register: one balance across web and counter, no second app or login.

What staff see

• Smart Grid tile + customer block — points balance, current tier and perks, active membership, store-credit balance, affordable rewards, and the next reward the customer is working toward.
• Redeem modal — redeem any reward type in person: discount code, store credit (native POS tender), or free product.
• Post-sale block — confirms points earned and the new balance on the receipt screen.

How it works

Earning needs no separate configuration — POS orders earn on the same rules as online orders, and earning reconciles itself after the sale, so a flaky connection at the counter never costs a customer points.

Notes

• Store credit redeems as native POS tender; it settles through the POS payment flow.
• The extension is localized in 7 languages and follows the device’s active language.
