Add the Loyalty Hub to customer accounts

Give shoppers a full loyalty destination inside their Shopify account for balance, rewards, and history — one of Charm’s storefront surfaces.

Steps

1. Go to Visibility → Customer Account editor.
2. On the Loyalty Hub card, click Customize to edit copy and branding, or Open live page to view it.
3. Add the Loyalty Hub page to your customer account navigation and Save.

Tip

The Loyalty Hub is a customer-account UI extension, so it’s available as soon as Charm is installed — adding it to the account navigation just makes it discoverable. The compact Points balance profile block is a separate surface if you only want a summary, and the floating widget covers shoppers who aren’t signed in.

Make the cards your own

Each “ways to earn” and “ways to redeem” card on the hub can have a custom title (with per-language translations) and icon, and you can recolour every icon to match your brand — all without touching your theme. See Customize Loyalty Hub card titles and icons.
