Customize Loyalty Hub card titles and icons

Every “ways to earn” and “ways to redeem” card on the Loyalty Hub can carry its own title, translations, and icon — and you can recolour every icon at once. It all renders on the storefront with no theme changes.

Rename and re-icon a single card

Go to Program → Earning points (or Redeeming points) and open the rule you want to edit.
Expand the Customer-facing appearance section and click Edit.
Under Card title, pick a Language and type the Title for it. Leave a language blank to fall back to the default — the shopper sees the title for their own storefront language.
Under Icon, choose an icon from a category (Shopping, Rewards, Social, or General) or Search for one. To use your own, paste an HTTPS image URL under Or use a custom icon (URL).
Click Done, then Save.

Set the global icon colour and background

On Program → Earning points, find the Icon appearance panel.
Set the Icon colour and an optional Icon background tile.
Click Done. The colour applies to every library icon on every earn and redeem card in the Loyalty Hub.

Set the card shape and hide icons

The Hub lives in the Shopify customer account, so it has no theme editor — the two layout controls the landing block exposes in the theme sit in the Charm admin instead.

Go to Visibility → Customer copy and set Surface to Loyalty Hub.
Under Display options, set:
- Featured card image shape: Square (1:1), Portrait (3:4), or Landscape (4:3). Every featured reward photo is cropped to the shape you pick, so the cards line up no matter how the product images were shot. A featured reward without a photo shows no image at all rather than an enlarged icon.
- Show card icons — turn it off for a text-only hub. Product photos and VIP tier badges are not affected.
Click Save.
