Preview a campaign email with a test send

Check exactly how a campaign email looks before it reaches customers by sending a test copy to yourself.

Steps

1. Go to Charm → Campaigns and open the campaign.
2. In the right sidebar, expand Send a test email and set Which email to a phase — Teaser, Launch, or Last chance.
3. Enter an address and click Send test.

Tip

The test uses your live email templates with sample values filled in, so it mirrors what customers receive. If you don’t see it, check that your sender address is verified — an unverified sender will block the send. To fix the from name and logo, see change the sender name and logo.
