Exclude B2B / wholesale customers from earning

Stop company and wholesale buyers from accruing loyalty points while keeping your retail (B2C) customers earning as normal.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Eligibility → B2B and B2C customers.
2. In Who can earn rewards, choose B2C customers only (or B2B customers only for the reverse).
3. Click Save to apply the change.

How to exclude B2B and wholesale customers from earning rewards in Charm

Tip

B2B orders are detected automatically from Shopify’s company purchasing context — no need to tag wholesale accounts. If some wholesale buyers check out as regular customers (no company attached), exclude them by tag instead.
