Edit an email template's subject and content

Each points, rewards and tier email has its own editable subject line, heading, body, and button text — so you can match your brand’s voice without touching the shared sender settings.

Steps

  1. Go to Emails, find the email under the Loyalty program group (e.g. Points Earned), and click Edit.
  2. In Content, set the Subject line, then edit Heading, Body text, and Button text.
  3. Click Save to apply the change.
