Turn off an individual email type

Switch off any single loyalty email — handy when a feature doesn’t apply, like the points-expiry warning if you never expire points.

Steps

1. Go to Emails, find the email under the Loyalty program group (e.g. Points Expiry Warning).
2. Toggle its switch off — the change saves automatically.
3. The Template status badge changes to Paused and Charm stops sending that email.

Tip

Each toggle is independent — turning one off doesn’t affect any other email or your global setting. To pause every loyalty email at once, use the master switch in the Emails sidebar instead. To keep an email but reword it, edit the template.
