Export your Charm data

Download a CSV of your loyalty data anytime — to back it up, analyze it, or audit activity outside Charm.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Data migration → Export your data.
  2. Pick a data type — Customer balances, Active rewards, Referrals, or Memberships — and click Download CSV on that tile.
  3. For very large stores, use Email me the export instead: choose a Data type, enter an email under Send link to, and Charm emails a download link.
