Create a reward spotlight (limited-time reward unlock or sale)

Run a campaign that temporarily discounts a reward’s points cost or surfaces a normally-hidden reward — perfect for limited-time exclusives.

Steps

  1. Go to Charm → Campaigns, click New campaign, and pick a Reward spotlight template.
  2. In Spotlight rewards, use Rewards on sale to lower the Sale cost on rewards customers can already redeem, and Exclusive unlocks to surface a disabled reward only while the campaign runs.
  3. Set your dates in Basics, Save, then Schedule or Activate now.
