Limit a reward to specific product variants

Restrict a free-product reward to chosen variants — a single size, color, or pack — instead of letting it apply to the whole product.

Steps

1. Go to Programs → Ways to redeem and open a Free product reward to Edit.
2. Under Variant eligibility, switch to selected variants and pick the ones to allow under Eligible variants.
3. Click Save to apply the change.

Tip

Variant eligibility only appears on Free product rewards. If you just added the product, you may need to save and reopen the reward so Charm can load its variant list before you can pick from it. To make the reward time-bound too, set a redemption window.
