Use Klaviyo flows instead of Charm emails

If you’d rather build loyalty emails in Klaviyo, Charm can sync points, rewards and tier events to Klaviyo and stop sending its own emails so customers don’t get duplicates.

Steps

1. Go to Emails, then in Integrations find the Connect Klaviyo card.
2. Click Manage integration to open Settings → Integrations → Marketing and SMS apps → Klaviyo (connect Klaviyo first if needed).
3. Click Pause Charm delivery and use Klaviyo flows and confirm.
4. Build your flows in Klaviyo from the synced metrics. To switch back, return here and click Resume Charm emails.

Caution

Once you pause Charm delivery, customers only get loyalty emails when matching Klaviyo flows are live. Build and activate your flows before pausing, or members stop receiving points, reward, and tier emails entirely. To silence just one email instead of all of them, turn off that type.
