Fix: plan, order-cap, and overage questions
You’re seeing an order-cap usage warning or enforcement banner and want to know what it means and what to do.
Likely causes
- Loyalty orders this billing period are approaching or over your plan’s monthly cap.
- You’ve passed the cap and are in the grace period of warning banners.
- You need a higher order band than your current plan allows.
How to fix
- From your Shopify admin, open Charm and go to Plan (the Billing & Plan page).
- Read the Orders this month usage bar — it shows orders used against your cap for the current period and turns amber, then red, as you approach and pass the limit.
- If you’re over, click Upgrade (or pick a plan card) to move to a higher tier with more orders per month. Every plan includes every loyalty feature — plans differ only by monthly order band and support level.
Going over the cap doesn’t immediately stop your program: Charm keeps rewarding customers through a grace period of warning banners before any write-lock kicks in, so balances and earning stay intact while you decide. See Check your plan, order cap, and overage status.
