Fix: plan, order-cap, and overage questions
You’re seeing an Orders this month warning, an Over limit badge, or a banner about program editing, and want to know what it means and what to do.
Likely causes
Section titled “Likely causes”- The counter includes every paid order. Charm counts every paid order in your store, not only orders from loyalty members or orders that earned points, so the number is higher than your loyalty orders.
- The month is projected to pass your limit. The lighter part of the bar shows where the month is heading, based on your store’s last 30 days and this month’s pace.
- Your store has outgrown its plan. Your orders over the last 30 days fit a bigger plan than the one you’re on.
- Your store has stayed over its plan. Program editing is about to pause, or already has, until you upgrade.
How to fix
Section titled “How to fix”- From your Shopify admin, open Charm, go to Settings, and click Manage plan (or Upgrade) under Billing & Plan.
- Read the Orders this month card: this month’s paid orders against your plan’s limit, where the month is heading, and what going over means.
- If you need more room, click Upgrade on a bigger plan. Every plan includes every feature; plans differ only in how many orders a month they cover.
Going over doesn’t add to your bill or stop your program: there are no per-order fees, customers keep earning and redeeming, and the counter starts from zero on the 1st of every month. Only if your store stays over its plan for a full month does editing the program pause in the admin, until you upgrade. See Check your plan, order cap, and overage status.
