Choose between a fixed-amount and a percentage discount reward

Pick whether a reward takes a set cash amount off an order or a percentage of it — each behaves differently as basket size changes.

Steps

1. Go to Programs → Ways to redeem and click Add reward.
2. Under Discount type, choose Amount off for a fixed cash value or Percentage off for a share of the order.
3. Set the Amount or Discount percentage (%), set the points cost, then Save.

Tip

Amount off stays the same no matter how large the cart is, so it’s predictable but worth proportionally more on small orders. Percentage off scales with order value, which can grow your liability on big baskets — cap it with a minimum purchase, or limit the reward to specific variants, if that’s a concern.
