Pause an earning rule without deleting it

Temporarily stop an earning rule from awarding points — for a promo break or a seasonal pause — while keeping all of its settings intact.

Steps

1. Go to Program → Earning points.
2. Find the rule and flip its toggle switch to off.
3. Click Save to apply the change.

Tip

Pausing keeps the rule’s configuration exactly as it was, so flipping the toggle back on later restores it instantly — no need to rebuild it. Deleting, by contrast, removes the rule entirely. Pause when the change is temporary — for example to interrupt a collection bonus between promos.
