Add perks to a membership program

Decide what paid members get for their money — Charm uses the same benefit engine as VIP tiers, so a membership can grant shipping, discounts, cashback, points, or a custom perk card.

Steps

1. Go to Programs → Memberships and open the membership to edit (or + Add membership).
2. Under Member benefits, click + Add benefit, pick a type — Free shipping, Percentage discount, Amount discount, Free / discounted product, Store credit cashback, Bonus points, or Custom benefit — and set its value.
3. Click Done, repeat for each perk, then Save.

Tip

Member perks stack on top of any VIP tier perks the same customer has already earned — a Gold customer who buys a membership keeps their Gold perks and gets the membership perks layered on top. Product- and collection-scoped discounts won’t save until you pick the target resource, and they’re capped at one unit per order unless you turn that limit off.
