Going live

Charm’s customer-account block is live the moment you install. The storefront surfaces are opt-in so you can launch on your schedule.

Turn on surfaces

Under Visibility, enable the surfaces you want:

• Floating widget — the launcher on every storefront page.
• Product-page points — “earn X points” on product pages.
• Membership block — presents paid plans on product pages.
• Customer account hub — the loyalty page inside Shopify customer accounts.
• Checkout & thank-you — earn/redeem at and after checkout.

Each storefront block is a theme app block — adding it in the theme editor is a one-time step. Charm auto-detects when a block is live and shows its status on the Visibility page.

The floating widget starts off on a new install, so nothing reaches your storefront until you enable it. You can place and style every block in the theme editor before launch: it previews your real staged program, not placeholders.

Use the Launch Center

The Launch Center on the Charm home page is the short path to a live program: it tracks the preparation steps, reports live counts from your actual rules (not a snapshot taken during onboarding), and surfaces the strongest earn rules you’re missing as links straight into the editor. Nothing is written for you. Activation sits in its own bar rather than in the checklist, so the progress bar only measures preparation.

Want to run setup from the beginning? Open the three-dot menu at the top of the Launch Center (the card titled Setup guide) and choose Start setup again. It’s offered while no program is running and no customer has joined yet, even if you switched a program on for a moment during setup or reinstalled Charm. Finishing setup again replaces your ways to earn and rewards; if you’ve already built some, the confirmation tells you how many.

Verify it renders

After adding a block in the theme editor:

1. Open the storefront and confirm the block appears.
2. Log in as a test customer — the widget should show a real balance.
3. Place a test order and confirm points are awarded — earning happens automatically once the order is paid.

If a block doesn’t appear or the widget never loads, re-add it in the theme editor and check the Visibility page; still stuck, email hello@appfleece.com.

• At least one redeemable reward customers can reach early
• Floating widget + customer-account hub on
• A test order earned points end-to-end
• Lifecycle emails reviewed (or Klaviyo connected)
