Check whether a storefront block is live

Confirm each storefront surface is actually rendering on your store without checking it manually.

Steps

1. Go to Visibility and find the Block detection panel in the right sidebar.
2. It lists every surface (Widget, Loyalty Hub, Checkout, Points earned, and more) with a status badge.
3. Read each badge — Active means real traffic has passed through the block, Detected means Charm sees it placed, and Inactive means it still needs setup.

Tip

Detection relies on live customer traffic, so a freshly added checkout or thank-you block can stay Inactive until the next order even though it’s placed correctly. If a block stays Inactive after real activity, re-open its card and confirm the block is still in your theme or editor.
