Lock content to a VIP tier

Give a tier real exclusivity: lock chosen pages, products, or collections so only customers who reached that tier can get in. Everyone else sees a members-only message, or the product with its price and add-to-cart button hidden.

Steps

  1. In your theme editor, open App embeds and turn on Charm Gate — this is what enforces gating on the storefront before the page paints.
  2. Go to Program → VIP tiers and open the tier that should get the access.
  3. Under Perks, click + Add perk and pick Members-only content.
  4. Build the list with Select pages, Select products and Select collections. A perk with nothing selected can’t be saved.
  5. Choose What non-members see on gated products & collections — Blocked with the members-only message or Visible, but price and add to cart are hidden. Optionally set a Custom members-only message.
  6. Click Done, then Save.

Gating is by tier level, not by exact tier: lock something to Silver and every tier above Silver gets in too. If a paid membership locks the same page, the two merge into a single rule with a combined audience — the membership or the qualifying tier passes.
