Rename 'Points' (including per-language names)

Replace the generic word “Points” with your own term — Stars, Gems, Coins — and set a separate name for each storefront language.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Points Program → Branding → Points name.
  2. Turn on Set a custom points name, then flip Customize on the primary language row and type your name into each plural form.
  3. Open Show more languages to set a name per language, then Save.

Charm groups the digits in a point count the way your store’s currency does, everywhere points appear — widget, loyalty page, cart, checkout, POS and emails. A shop selling in rupees sees 1,00,000 points where a euro shop sees 100,000. There’s nothing to set; it follows the store currency.
