Give different point multipliers to each VIP tier

Reward your best customers with faster earning by giving each tier its own points multiplier.

Steps

1. Go to Program → VIP tiers and expand Configure tier levels.
2. Select a tier and set its Points multiplier (for example, 1.5 earns 1.5× the base rate).
3. Repeat for each tier, then Save.

Tip

Multipliers apply on top of your base earning rate, so a Gold tier at 2× earns double the points of a standard customer for the same order. Keep the ladder ascending (entry tier lowest, top tier highest) so the perk feels meaningful as customers climb. For limited-time boosts on top of these, run a points multiplier campaign.

The multiplier row is optional on every tier, the entry tier included: remove it with the × to return that tier to the base rate, or keep a 1× row visible on purpose — a kept 1× row is shown as a perk in your storefront too, which some brands use to spell out the base rate on the entry tier.
