Set an expiry window for when a reward can be redeemed

Make a specific reward available only within a date range — for a launch, a holiday push, or a limited-time offer.

Steps

1. Go to Programs → Ways to redeem and open the reward to Edit.
2. Turn on Limit when this reward is available, then set Starts at and Ends at (with start and end times).
3. Click Save to apply the change.

Tip

This window controls when the reward appears and can be claimed — it’s separate from how long a generated discount code stays valid after redemption, and from when a customer’s points expire. Code validity is set under Settings → Points Program → Reward expiry.
