Add multi-criteria tier qualification (e.g. points AND spend)

Make a tier harder to reach by combining several requirements — for example points and a minimum spend.

Steps

1. Go to Program → VIP tiers and expand Configure tier levels.
2. On the tier you want, each requirement is a row in its criteria list. Click + Add another criterion, then set the row’s type — Points earned, Amount spent, Orders placed, Successful referrals, or Customer tag — and its Minimum value.
3. With two or more criteria, a How criteria combine selector appears. Choose Require all criteria (points AND spend) or Qualify if any one is met.
4. Click Save.

Tip

There’s no separate “minimum points” field any more — points is just another criterion row. Combining Points earned and Amount spent with Require all criteria means a customer needs both to qualify, useful for tiers you want to reserve for genuinely high-value customers. Remove a row with its × button. If spend alone should decide, qualify by spend instead.
