Add a grace period before a customer drops a tier

Give customers a buffer so they don’t lose their tier the instant their activity dips below the threshold.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → VIP tiers → Grace period.
2. Turn on Enable grace period.
3. Set Grace period (days) to how long a customer keeps their tier after dropping below its threshold, then Save.

Tip

A grace period matters most when you reset qualification by calendar year or rolling window — without it, customers can be demoted the moment a window resets. The default is 7 days; pick a window that gives loyal customers room to make their next purchase.
