Change the loyalty email sender name and logo

Sender settings control how every loyalty email looks in the inbox — the “from” name customers see and the logo or text in the header — and apply across all your points, rewards and tier emails at once.

Steps

1. Go to Emails → Sender settings, then expand Sender, email & brand colors.
2. Set Sender name — the “from” name shown in the inbox.
3. Switch Email header from Text to Logo (logo image on the colored header band) or Banner (a full-width image that replaces the band entirely).
4. Click Choose file to pick the image from your store’s Shopify Files — search by name, page through the library, or drag-and-drop a new upload straight into the picker.
5. For a banner, set Max. height (default 150 px) — the image fills the full width and crops to exactly this height. A wide image around 1200 × 300 px works best.
6. Click Save to apply the change.

Tip

The image replaces the header text, so you don’t need both. The sending address stays on Charm’s verified domain; set Reply-to email if you want replies in your own inbox. To change wording per email, edit the template instead.
