Require a minimum order for a perk

Free shipping for your top tier is generous. Free shipping on a €4 order is expensive. A minimum order value keeps the perk attractive without making every small basket unprofitable.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”
  1. Go to Program → VIP tiers and open the tier (or Program → Memberships and open the membership).
  2. Under Perks, open the perk you want to gate — Free shipping, Percentage discount, or Amount discount.
  3. Turn on Require minimum purchase and enter the amount in your store’s currency.
  4. Click Done, then Save.

How the minimum is measured

The threshold is checked against the cart subtotal at checkout — what the customer is spending on products, before shipping. A customer below the threshold simply doesn’t get the perk on that order; nothing is blocked and no error is shown.

Only these three perk types take a minimum. Cashback, bonus points, monthly store credit, free or discounted products, members-only content and custom perk cards have no minimum-order option.
