Audit loyalty activity in the Activity Log

Review every points and store-credit event across your whole store in one feed, newest first — and export it for reconciliation or accounting.

Steps

1. Go to Activity.
2. Filter with Activity type (earn, redeem, credit, adjust, expire), From date / To date, and Search by customer or description.
3. Click Export CSV to download the rows matching your current filters.

Tip

The export reflects exactly the filters you’ve applied, so set the type and date range first to get a clean reconciliation file. Each row links to the customer, and the Balance after column shows the running balance at the time of the event.
